GBS Construction, Inc. was formed in 1993 in Waller, Texas by James Phelan. Mr. Phelan has 40 plus years experience as a contractor with experience in excavation, site work, concrete slabs and foundations, asphalt and concrete paving, land clearing, machine foundations, tilt walls and various commercial and industrial projects. We have been expanding GBS since its conception. GBS Construction has the most knowledgeable employees in the business. We offer a caring and safe environment that attracts hard-working, trustworthy individuals. We have a long-standing reputation for well-managed, safe, high quality projects completed on time and within budget. Safety is a top priority within the company. GBS strives to have an accident free work environment and we have not had a lost time injury for over 10 years. All of our superintendants are OSHA certified.
