Established in 1985, Sunbelt Commercial Builders provides exclusively Design/Build Services for light to medium class industrial buildings ($1m-$5m). Our primary service area in Harris and surrounding counties, for specialty construction service we will be pleased to travel outside that area. Our services begin with your facility concept, surrounding it with an efficient and cost effective building and site layout, and ending with the keys in the door. We pride ourselves on being a “no surprises” builder taking adequate time to provide a detailed quotation for your project that will encompass things our experience identifies are needed, and a realistic analysis of the overall project time-line, which we have found leads to follow-on projects and long lasting customer relationships. Minimizing additions and Change Orders is our objective to eliminate unknown or undefined parts of the project. Our reputation is built on the belief that it is better to be upfront with a client on dollars and time rather than take the job “on the cheap” and promising an unrealistic short project delivery then surprise the customer later needing more money and time. Things do change in the course of the planning, permitting, soil tests, building site area research, but we do our best to make sure we have identified all known factors before providing a project cost estimate. Since 1985 Sunbelt Commercial Builders has become extremely proficient at a wide range of services. We can perform services from pushing dirt to project completion. We have capable and dependable sub-contractors that allow our projects to be completed with quality workmanship.
